At The Vow Haus, design and logistics are the same conversation.
As a California destination wedding planner, I've spent years exploring Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Big Sur, the Bay Area, Napa Valley, and the Northern California Redwoods. I've driven the roads, walked the venues, watched the fog roll in, and learned which beautiful ideas work in real life and which ones are about to have a very difficult afternoon.
We create design-forward weddings and elopements that feel connected to the landscape, not dropped on top of it. Every timeline, vendor detail, guest experience, and design decision is considered through the lens of the place itself.
Because the truth is, a wedding can look incredible in a moodboard and still fall apart if nobody thought about the load-in, the weather, the parking, or the fact that the desert wind has plans of its own.
Our job is to think about all of that before you have to.
The result is a wedding that feels effortless, beautiful, and fully supported from start to finish.
Not just pretty. Not just "in California." Rooted in it.

As a California destination wedding planner, I work closely with venues, vendors, and creative partners throughout Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, Big Sur, Napa Valley, the Bay Area, and the Northern California Redwoods to make sure everyone is moving toward the same goal.
Because here's the thing: beautiful weddings don't happen when everyone is doing their own thing and hoping for the best.
They happen when expectations are clear, communication is strong, and every vendor understands how their piece fits into the bigger picture.
No scrambling. No crossed wires. No last-minute surprises that somehow became an emergency because nobody talked about them sooner.
Just a talented group of people, a solid plan, and a wedding that feels effortless because everyone showed up knowing exactly what they're there to do.

Great design doesn't happen by accident.

Great design doesn't happen by accident.
As a California destination wedding planner specializing in Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Big Sur, Napa Valley, and Northern California weddings, I've learned that the prettiest ideas in the world still need a place to park, a timeline to follow, and a team that knows what's happening.
I look at every wedding as a full system. Load-ins, rentals, guest flow, weather, power, lighting, vendor coordination, all the things nobody notices when they're done well.
My job is to hold the full picture. To make sure the creative ideas are achievable, the timeline is realistic, and nobody is learning important information for the first time on wedding day.
That is how we create weddings that feel calm, intentional, and beautifully executed.
Not just visually stunning. Built to work.
For couples with a vision
Some of our favorite clients know exactly how they want their wedding to feel.
They've saved the photos. They've walked the venue. They've imagined the dinner under the stars, the ceremony view, and the dance floor moment they're going to talk about for years.
What they need isn't another Pinterest board.
They need someone who can take the vision, pressure-test the logistics, and turn it into something that actually works.
As a California destination wedding planner, that's where I come in.
I help couples navigate the moving pieces, ask the questions they haven't thought of yet, and make smart decisions that protect both the design and the experience.
Because a great idea is only the beginning.
Bringing it to life is the real work.

"She was always excited to help me bring my vision to life instead of fitting our day into a cookie-cutter mold of what a wedding should look like."
